An elaborate crown for Santos (wood carvings of saints) of heavy tin, with a repousse design once painted to imitate gold filigree, and now has a beautiful worn and weathered patina. The crown is topped with a ball and cross, the arches are a little bit misshapen, there are spots of rust on exposed tin. Mid- Late 20th Century, 4 inches in diameter at the band, 7 inches at its widest point, 8 inches tall.
