A small Mexican tin frame encasing a print of the Crucifixion. The embossed tin work is topped with an arched oval floret, and flanked with wing-like shapes on either side. The tin is tarnished and darkened, with some rust; the print has darkened across the upper half of the image, and there is a vermilion stain on the paper around the outer edges. The damage adds drama and beauty to this late 19th - early 20th Century work of devotion. A hook doubled over is soldered to the back for hanging, 3 ⅞ x 4 inches.
