Jemez Pueblo, located by the Jemez River at the foot of the Jemez Mountains, in northwestern New Mexico, is known for its pottery decorated with soft earth colors on pale tan clay.

Signed “D.S.L. Jemez N.M.” on the bottom, circa 1970s, 4 ½ inches deep, 3 ¼ inches wide, 4 ½ inches tall.
