Birch Bark Frame lashed with strands of sweetgrass to a wooden edifice and accented with sweetgrass around the edges. The back side is one layer of birch bark with the bark side visible from the front hrough the window. A thin wire has been attached at the top edge for hanging. There is no opening to insert an image, perhaps the frame is the work of art in itself. There is some loss of the bark covering on the rear. Circa 1930s, 7 ¼ x 6 × ⅝ inches
